INFINITY LAND - EUROPEAN RELEASE

Infinity LandInfinity Land, the third Biffy Clyro album, gets a full release throughout Europe on the 31st January - available on LP and CD. There's a run of European dates at the end of february into March - full details here

And, don't forget - Biffy have put some highly collectable items up for auction on ebay - here's the information from their official website:

Like the rest of the world, we were shocked and saddened by the events in Asia, that resulted in an unimaginable amount of people losing their lives, and countless more being left homeless, with many people still missing. It puts into perspective how trivial certain things are, and like many other people, has inspired us to try and do our part to help. We're going to auction off a few things from the Biffy cupboard, to try and raise money for the Disasters Emergency Committee, who are working to help the victims of the tsunami.

We are planning to auction the following items:-

Fender Stratocaster Guitar - Simon's silver strat, that he has used and toured countless times, and was one of the guitars used during the recording of Blackened Sky.

thekidswhopoptodaywillrocktomorrow - a signed copy of the band's ultra-rare 4-track ep (which features 57, Hope For An Angel, Justboy, and Less The Product)

Signed drum skin one of the drum skin's that Ben used on tour, signed by the band

T-shirts - the 'Blackened Sky' and 'Holiday Resort' style t-shirts, which have been out of circulation for a couple of years. One of each will be in the auction.

Tour laminate - an Access All Areas tour laminate used on the September/October 2004 tour.

All the auctions can be found here -

THE IDEAL HEIGHT

biffy clyro return with their brand new single 'The Ideal Height' due for release by Beggars Banquet on Monday the 24th of March 2003.

Following a massively busy 2002 which saw the band doing their usual more than extensive touring (including dates with The Cooper Temple Clause, Hell Is For Heroes, Vex Red, Kinesis and triumphant appearances at T In The Park, The Carling Weekender and the Kerrang! Weekender) Simon, Ben and James found the time (and energy) to commence work on the follow up to their m uch loved 2002 debut 'Blackened Sky'. Their new, Chris Sheldon produced, album is due for a May 2003 release.

'The Ideal Height' finds biffy clyro in bouyant form, all beautiful melodies and distinctive biffy guitar sound. The single is backed by another great new track 'Scissorkick' and the more acoustic 'Do You Remember What You Came For?'.

The sleeve for 'The Ideal Height' includes an original illustration by celebrated Italian artist, Milo Manara.
